NVIDIA released nvDock, a diffusion-based model for all-atom molecular pocket docking. The model achieves 81.85% Top-1 and 94.51% Oracle accuracy on the PoseBusters benchmark. Users can now access the model weights directly via Hugging Face for molecular docking tasks.
