Nikusui-v1 uses Jacobian-Lens to enable manual model behavior tweaking

A new tool based on Anthropic's Jacobian-Lens allows users to manually alter model behavior by tweaking the J-Space and exporting the resulting weights. The first implementation, Nikusui-v1 (a Qwen3.5-9B derivative), demonstrates the ability to bypass safety alignment through direct human-in-the-loop intervention.
