LLM Over-Correction in Recipe Modification Tasks

A user reported that Claude's attempt to replace meat with tofu in a recipe resulted in an entire recipe overhaul. The model performed excessive reasoning and self-correction, ultimately rewriting the recipe to be exclusively tofu-centric rather than performing a simple ingredient substitution.
