Anthropic enterprise billing error results in incorrect organization cancellation

A Claude business customer reported that Anthropic canceled their active organization instead of a duplicate one following a chargeback. Despite the error, Anthropic's support team refused to refund additional seat-based costs totaling approximately CA$9,900, offering only the base subscription refund.
