Turning a pile of documents into a searchable useable knowledge base

DocuBrowse v0.9.0 enables local semantic and hybrid search across PDFs, ebooks, and office documents using Ollama with nomic-embed-text and dolphin3 models. It implements a 70% semantic and 30% keyword retrieval weighting via SQLite FTS5. The tool includes a post-ingest PII scanner to blacklist documents containing sensitive patterns like SSNs or credit card numbers.
