SIMD-accelerated FAST feature detector for ESP32-S3 microcontroller

A new implementation of the FAST corner detector leverages 128-bit SIMD instructions on the ESP32-S3 to double performance. The optimized version processes QVGA frames in approximately 6ms on the $2 dual-core microcontroller.
