PySINDy Package for Sparse Identification of Nonlinear Dynamical Systems
July 24, 2026
PySINDy implements the Sparse Identification of Nonlinear Dynamical systems (SINDy) method to infer governing differential equations from measurement data. The library supports various optimization strategies, including MIOSR for L0-constraints and Bayesian regression for posterior estimation, to produce interpretable mathematical models.
