Prime Agent introduces Recursive Language Model for self-improving coding

Prime Agent utilizes a Recursive Language Model (RLM) and a Continual Harness to enable agents to write programmatic actions over their own context. This design replaces static tool-calling schemas with a persistent REPL, allowing the model to treat sub-agent delegation and history as dynamic function calls.
