This PostgreSQL extension implements the PRISM index, using RaBitQ quantization and hierarchical routing to outperform pgvector's IVFFlat and HNSW. It supports SIMD-optimized distance computation via AVX2, AVX512, and NEON, and allows for dynamic updates on existing pgvector columns.
