TradingAgents v0.4.0 Adds GPT-5.6 Support and Point-in-Time Fixes

The TradingAgents framework now supports GPT-5.6 and GLM-5.3 models with updated look-ahead/point-in-time fixes for FRED macro and social sentiment data. The update includes a working CLI checkpoint resume, trader price grounding, and an expanded provider registry including NVIDIA, Groq, and Mistral.
