Codex CLI 0.157.0 installs persistent background daemon by default

Starting with version 0.157.0, the Codex CLI automatically launches a managed background daemon via codex app-server. This daemon runs in its own session without a TTY and persists after closing the interactive session until a reboot or manual stop.
