Japanese literary awards recognize AI-assisted creative works

The Nikkei Hoshi Shinichi Literary Awards have begun recognizing works with varying degrees of AI involvement. Winners include stories ranging from those utilizing AI for rapid prototyping of 101 drafts to those using models for minor detail generation like fictional disease names.
