Mixture of Experts Routing Shifts Model Responses from Maliciousness to Morality

Analysis of Mixture of Experts (MoE) architectures shows that routers often direct malware-related queries to morality-focused experts rather than technical vulnerability experts. Forcing the router to use different expert pathways can fundamentally change how a model evaluates code intent versus syntax.
