ML-Optimized Optical Models for Sub-Monolayer Molecular Tracking

A new machine learning-optimized optical model enables the quantitative interpretation of polarized resonant soft X-ray scattering (RSoXS). This allows researchers to resolve molecular orientation and packing states at buried interfaces with sub-monolayer resolution.
