Psychometric Audit of Decision Models as Synthetic Respondents

A psychometric audit of 14 decision models and 47 generative LLMs shows that the MiniMax M3 model most closely approximates human survey responses. The study evaluates the validity of using 'silicon samples' for organizational-psychology research using a Psychometric Similarity Score.
