Privacy-Preserving Intent Fulfilment and Assurance for 6G RAN

This architecture enables 6G intent fulfilment without traffic inspection or per-flow tracking, utilizing only cell-level PM counters via the O1 interface. It provides privacy by bounding resource-allocation leakage to log_2 K bits for K intent categories. The framework ensures intent-traffic unlinkability and node-opaque verification by construction.
