InSight-doc uses agentic visual perception for long-document VQA

InSight-doc employs an adaptive resolution agent that selectively zooms into high-resolution regions to reduce inference costs and hallucinations. The 8B model improves document VQA accuracy by 4.3–16.4 points and reduces hallucinations by over 40% compared to baselines.
