HiFi-UMI is a data production system designed to train robot manipulation policies using high-fidelity, robot-free UMI data. It utilizes head-mounted stereo-inertial SLAM, native relative pose, and microsecond GPIO synchronization to eliminate the need for real-robot anchoring during training.
