LatentStream Evolves Latent Memory for Continuous Video Understanding

LatentStream moves streaming video understanding from a store-and-retrieve paradigm to a retrieve-and-internalize approach. It uses a progressive latent working memory to continuously evolve compressed observations into a compact representation for streaming reasoning.
