WER Framework for Training Skill Optimizers via Execution Feedback

The Write, Execute, and Refine (WER) framework addresses the performance gap in agent-authored skills by training a Skill Optimizer outside of a frozen executor. It uses programmatic verifiers to score outcomes, creating refinement states from matched successful and failed trajectories to improve future skill generation.
