CoSQ Framework Reduces LLM Wrong-Commitment Rates by 32.1%

The Chain-of-Self-Questioning (CoSQ) prompt-only framework forces LLMs to assess information requirements before committing to an answer. On TruthfulQA, Grounded-CoSQ at a 0.90 threshold reduced wrong-commitment rates from 13.1% to 8.9% while increasing accuracy to 89.7%.
