Certifying Nash Equilibrium Solutions via Counterfactual Regret Accumulators
October 22, 2026
Heuristic solvers for general-sum extensive-form games can now generate online certificates of Nash proximity. By leveraging existing counterfactual-regret accumulators, solvers can bound the NashGap with a cost per checkpoint that is linear in the number of terminal histories.
