TutorTrace Dataset Maps Learner Behavior via IDE Telemetry

TutorTrace provides a dataset of 180K telemetry events and 27 metrics to classify learner states in AI-assisted programming. Using behavior-aware prompts reduced intervals between student queries and independent work from 50.0% to 20.7% in Python courses.
