Systems Engineering Discipline for Human-AI Error Correction

LLM error corrections often fail to persist beyond a single session. This paper proposes a seven-principle operating model that applies classical systems engineering—versioning, provenance, and recurrence monitoring—to manage stochastic model outputs as if they were persistent configuration or firmware.
