TITAN Achieves 45% BLEU Improvement in Low-Resource Translation

TITAN identifies and optimizes specific sparse translation circuits within transformer models using causal intervention and preference optimization. By updating fewer than 5% of parameters, it improves Hindi-to-Sindhi BLEU scores by 45.86% over existing multilingual baselines.
