TorchCraft: Unified binder design by inverting an all-atom structure predictor

TorchCraft optimizes sequence logits by inverting a frozen all-atom structure predictor through a unified objective function. Using pretrained AlphaFold 3 weights, the framework generates minibinders, VHHs, cyclic peptides, and ligand-binding proteins without post hoc redesign. It achieves experimental binding validation across four distinct targets per format.
