GC-Mem Protocol Addresses Semantic Shadowing in Long-Horizon RAG

Standard RAG suffers from Asymptotic Recall Decay and a Majority Vote Trap where obsolete facts dominate recent updates in long-horizon agents. The proposed GC-Mem protocol implements a garbage collection mechanism at inference time to ensure state mutability and consistency.
