Agent Board Enables Durable Multi-Agent Coordination

The Agent Board is a coordination substrate that uses a shared table of semi-semantic tasks to manage agents that outlive individual conversation histories. It uses a Board Keeper agent to act as an interrupt handler, routing events from non-agent systems to waiting agents.
