The Spatiotemporal Conditional Operator (STCO) enables prescribed-condition operator learning by integrating Flow-Aware Graph Leaf (FAGL) and Dual-Site Feature-wise Linear Modulation (DSFiLM). This allows neural operators to predict future states conditioned on prescribed motions or forcing fields rather than just observed states.
