DP-SimAgg Framework for Private Federated Brain Lesion Segmentation

The DP-SimAgg framework combines similarity-weighted aggregation with server-side Gaussian differential privacy to train models on non-IID medical imaging data. Implemented on Intel's OpenFL, the method uses L2 clipping and similarity weights to mitigate data heterogeneity and information leakage in federated settings.
