CRN v2: Lightweight Logit-Level Correction for Frozen LLMs

The CRN v2 module uses only 34M parameters to correct 53.3% of errors in a frozen 4.65B Gemma model without degrading base capabilities. Unlike LoRA-based fine-tuning, which caused up to 75% capability loss, this logit-level approach preserves performance on MMLU and BoolQ benchmarks.
