LoRA-Adapted NileChat achieves spBLEU 26.10 for Arabic Dialect Translation

The Rosetta system uses LoRA adapters on NileChat-3B with structured prompts to handle context-aware English-to-Dialectal Arabic translation. While achieving competitive spBLEU scores in the AlexandriaX task, external pretraining on MADAR and PADIC showed signs of negative transfer for most dialects.
