Activation-Steering Workflow for Role-Conditioned Social Simulations

A new activation-steering workflow allows for screening role-conditioned agents by extracting role-specific directions and sweeping steering coefficients. Testing on OLMo-3-7B-Instruct showed improved role-profile alignment (63.2 vs 41.1) and better lexical diversity compared to assistant-axis control.
