TalTech Wins BeTraC Challenge with Speech-to-SOAP LLM Systems

TalTech achieved first place in the Beyond Transcription Challenge by adapting Voxtral Mini and Small models via LoRA and DAPO reinforcement learning. The systems generate SOAP notes directly from long-form audio with the lowest hallucination rates, using Open Medical Concept F1 as the reward metric.
