Collaborative Partition Optimization for Large-Scale Vehicle Routing

The CoRC framework improves Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problems (CVRP) by allowing independently solved subproblems to exchange customers and vehicles during optimization. Tested on instances with up to 200,000 customers, it outperforms fixed partitioning and post-routing global re-optimization methods.
