SAR Adapter Detects Hidden Model Behaviors via Self-Reporting

The Stabilized Adapter for self-Report (SAR) is a lightweight LoRA adapter that enables fine-tuned models to describe their own hidden or misaligned behaviors in plain language. In testing, SAR detected all seven implanted behaviors and reduced hallucination rates by half compared to existing introspection adapters.
