Codebook-free Fisher Vectors for scalable scene retrieval

This method encodes second-order information of multi-scale CNN features within the Fisher Kernel framework without requiring a codebook. Experimental results on INRIA Holidays and UKBench benchmarks show improved retrieval accuracy with minimal dimension increases.
