Comparing Korean Constituency Parsing Representations

This study evaluates three representational frameworks—Morpheme+XPOS, Eojeol+XPOS, and Eojeol+UPOS—for parsing Korean constituency structures. Experiments using transition-based parsers show how different terminal and preterminal layers affect the handling of morphologically complex eojeol units.
