Relational Response Fields: A General Theory of Black-Box LLM Response Consistency and Recovery

Relational Response Fields (RRF) model black-box LLM reliability by treating responses to query transformations as a structured field governed by edge transports and anchors. This framework defines an intrinsic difficulty metric, gamma_k, which determines if a collection of responses can recover from k corrupted nodes. The theory provides a deterministic stability bound and a matching minimax lower bound for response recovery.
