RegoMender Multi-Agent Framework for Policy Repair

RegoMender uses a multi-agent architecture to automate the repair of Rego Policy-as-Code defects. Tested on the new RegoBench dataset, it achieves an 82.9% syntactic and 77.9% semantic success rate in resolving complex policy logic errors.
