RadFusion: Towards Threshold-Controllable Radiology Report Generation

RadFusion integrates a multi-label classifier with a VQA-based generator and an LLM rewritter to enable threshold-controllable radiology report generation. The framework allows practitioners to tune the sensitivity-specificity trade-off for different clinical use cases, such as emergency triage versus confirmatory interpretation, by adjusting per-disease confidence scores.
