PerturbMap uses source-to-recipient ridge experts and a recipient-local low-rank base to transfer single-cell perturbation data across varying cellular contexts. On melanoma Perturb-CITE-seq cohorts, the method reduced MSE by 4.1% compared to recipient-local low-rank baselines.
