Opti-Q Framework for Cost and Latency Optimized Multi-LLM Orchestration

Opti-Q uses a database-inspired optimizer to select LLM execution plans based on user-defined constraints for cost, latency, and energy. It utilizes PERFDB, a statistics catalog of execution traces, to estimate answer quality and resource requirements for sequential or parallel model operators without running every candidate plan.
