OneDayAgent harness for long-horizon autonomous agents

OneDayAgent provides a harness for managing long-horizon agent tasks by decomposing requests into bounded subtasks and maintaining execution memory. Using a GLM-5.2 backend, it establishes a new state-of-the-art for managing task decomposition and error repair across heterogeneous tools.
