OenoBench: Wine-Domain Knowledge Benchmark for LLM Evaluation

OenoBench evaluates LLMs across six viticulture pillars using 3,266 multiple-choice questions derived from 38,104 source-anchored facts. The benchmark uses a nine-agent audit pipeline to ensure accuracy, with o3 leading frontier configurations at 83.6% accuracy.
