Neurosymbolic Alignment Increases Clinical LLM Safety to 90.8% CSS

Coupling a 7B clinical LLM with an HGNN-based Physiological World Model over an 847K-node knowledge graph improves Clinical Safety Benchmark scores from 69.5% to 90.8%. The method uses homeostatic constraints and drug-interaction penalties to drive iterative ORPO updates.
