The MARCA framework employs four agents using Gemini 2.5 Pro and DeepSeek-V3.2 to perform Naranjo-based causality assessments on safety reports. In testing with 2,150 drug-event combinations, the system achieved 96.8% question-level agreement for Naranjo Q2.
