ModularSQL Runtime Guardrail to Fix Text-to-SQL Multiplicity Errors

ModularSQL addresses the Multiplicity Blind Spot in Text-to-SQL systems where standard Set-EX evaluation misses duplicate row and join errors. Testing on Qwen and Gemma models reveals a 3.39 to 6.79 percentage point gap between standard accuracy and multiplicity-aware Multiset-EX metrics.
