MoPE-LoRA: Phonetic Expert Adaptation for Accented Speech Recognition

MoPE-LoRA utilizes a Mixture of Phonetic Experts via Low-Rank Adaptation to improve accented English recognition. Instead of accent-specific modules, it routes through six low-rank experts aligned with manner-of-articulation classes to generalize to unseen accents.
