UnorthoDOS Enables Onboard Satellite Methane Detection via Unorthorectified Imagery

UnorthoDOS trains U-Net models directly on unorthorectified hyperspectral imagery, achieving 16.91% IoU compared to 18.47% for orthorectified models. This approach outperforms the mag1c matched-filter baseline by over 3x and supports FP16 compression for efficient onboard satellite deployment.
